Trusted Trappers, Inc. (herein after referred to as Contractor). Warrants that exclusion services performed by qualified persons, using competent, professional knowledge, and judgment. Also, shall conform to Good Industry Practices and the requirements of this Agreement.

If any portion of the exclusions fails to comply with this Warranty for a period of 5-years from the commencement of services rendered. Also, Owner promptly notify Contractor of such non-conformance along with evidence which reasonably demonstrates Contractor's culpability. Contractor shall quickly re-perform the non-conforming Services and any additional work required under the warranty without further compensation from Owner.

Our full package, which consists of trapping, exclusions, antimicrobial treatment, attic restoration, and monthly service subscription. Hence, will completely eradicate the current infestation and prevent future infestations.

If at anytime new threats or infestation occur after full-services rendered and while on an active monthly service subscription. Thus, we will return to trap any new occurrence at no charge to you. Also, complete exclusion work necessary to completely seal your home.

Terms & Conditions

  1. If at anytime a new threat or infestation occurs after full-services rendered and while on an active monthly service subscription, we will return to trap any new occurrence at no charge to you and complete exclusion work necessary to completely seal your home.

  2. Guarantee applies only to rodent, raccoon, opossum, and squirrel activity inside home or business.

  3. The client must have accepted full-service package including trapping, exclusions, antimicrobial treatment, full restoration presented during the initial home inspection and be on an active monthly service subscription.

  4. All areas of the home must be available for inspection during monthly service and prevention visits.

  5. During monthly service and prevention visits, any new entry points (entry points not included on initial paperwork and exclusion work performed at the time of the first service) addressed and scheduled to repair at a discounted rate of 50% off of list price. The current list price will be available to the client at any time by request.

  6. Exclusions or entry points caused by natural disasters after the first service (hurricane, tornado, hail, fire, vandalism) not covered under this guarantee. The client will be fully responsible for due to these instances at list price.
